[Unity Plugin] Create Album to mobile phone

This plugin is used for creating custom album on mobile phone.

iOS device can be created in Camera Roll.

Android device can be created in Pictures directory.

* iOS Demo (Unity 5.6.3p2 build)

Android Nougat(API 24) need File Provider.
It can be changed 4 steps.
1. Export Project from Android Platform at Build Settings.
2. Change build.gradle file from ChangeFiles directory(in plugin directory) to exported android project.
3. Change AndroidManifest.xml file from ChangeFiles directory(in plugin directory) to exported android project(src directory).
4. Copy xml directory from ChangeFiles directory(in plugin directory) to exported android project(src/res directory).
